Do my collaborators need to pay?

No. Access to a project follows whoever owns it. Invite session players, engineers, artists or co-writers and they work on it free, whatever their own plan.

What’s the difference between the two plans?

The songwriting space covers writing, co-writing, splits and charts. The Production Room adds artists, productions, part requests, versions, approvals and deliverables for running releases — and includes everything in the songwriting space.
