Bow & Arrow exists because the music world is full of gifted people and good intentions — and almost none of it lives in one place.

Where this comes from

I’ve sat in most of the seats.

I’ve worked in music as an artist, sat in the A&R chair, run events and served in the church. Different rooms, different people — and the same thing every time.

There was always more potential than anyone could see. Songs half-finished in voice memos. Artists with real gifts and no clear next step. Teams held together by group chats and goodwill. Events rebuilt from scratch every year.

The talent was never the problem. It was scattered — across tools, inboxes and people’s heads — so it never got the structure it needed to grow.
